Why don't we use the same rules inplace for area 51 for our borders, isn't the rest of the US important

We would need the Military there full time, with the ok to fire for that to work. This is kind of what I've been saying, have the military work our borders and the border patrol work our ports of entry.
Can you imagine the cost of that? The cost they spend, per mile at area 51 is probably huge. Extend that over the entire border.... it would probably be cheaper to move the US to the middle of the Pacific Ocean.

No dumb as.s!!! I doubt a highly sensitive area with top secret information is as important as a bunch of illegals trying to sneak in to work as tomato pickers and waiters.
They don't issue food stamps, AFDC checks or Medicaid there.
you know what, i think thats an excellent question! they would not put the men guarding area 51 in jail if the shot and wounded a known drug dealer trying to sneak in....LIKE THEY ARE GETTING READY TO DO TO THE BORDER PATROL MEN. how funny, i thought it WAS their job to guard and secure our border. a travesty. the president should pardon these men.

YOur're wrong. People have been shot someeven killed for trying to sneak in there. There are signs and fences labeling the areas of danger for going any futher and one is labeled shot on site or means shot on site, extreme danger ect.
Manby people are arrested there every year but mostl;y misdeameanors. Accasionally people disappear who get too close in area 51.
However I agree wiht you our border should be as well protected as area 51.
