Try posting a question that includes their ID name. Include under your question in the area devoted to additional details that you'd like them to email you (if your email is public in your profile).
If they answer your question but don't get back to you...for whatever reason, they don't want to communicate further.
i wish i can do that too cause some one posted some mean stuff on my page and pissed me off

You can't. Some of us in the immigration section don't want two way communication in fear of retaliation. The only hope is to write a quetion when he is hanging around here.
