I think we SHOULD start doing that. The Mexican government, however, likes all the illegals coming to America because most of them are poor. The ATMs are in English. What's more, Bank of America is known as the Bank of Mexico there. I know because when I went to a Bank of Mexico ATM I had all of my account details as a customer.
