I think most hospitals do, given the nursing shortage. I've seen signs offering mortgage assistance, etc. I have to figure sponsoring workers is the least of it. Check out Monster.com.
Go to any hospital and ask to talk to the administrator,tell him/her you want work,they will h elp you get a job.
