I'm asian and my sister married this belgian guy and i would like to think it wasn't because of citizenship because they plan to come back to philippines and live here where it is a LOT cheaper. :o). There are other asians i believe who marries caucasian for money, citizenship or whatever. Just have to be very picky in choosing the right one. :P
