I am confused about illigal immigration!!!?
2---comes into the country with a legal visa and passport but immigration time 6 mounths expired YOU ARE STUCK.IF ONE GOES BACK OUT CANT COME BACK IN YOU OVERSTAYED AUTOMATICALLY YOUR VISA IS CANCELLED. SO YOU BETTER OFF STAYING AND MAKE A LIFE OUT OF IT .WHICH ONE IS ILLIGAL IMMIGRANT.

Both are illegal. And it sounds like you have a problem. I agree with the guy that said that this administration seems confused on it too. Which is something I don't understand. What so confusing about the word ILLEGAL ?? Pretty self explanatory don't you think? There was a time in this country when there were rules you had to obey to get here. You had to be healthy. No criminal record. Had to be self sufficient and have a sponsor. And to succeed here, you had to be willing to assimilate to the AMERICAN way of life. You had to read and write in English. As a country, we didn't have to bend over backwards to accommodate you. As we, as a nation, are doing today. You became an American. Period. Not a "Hyphenated" American. Just an American. And we were a much stronger Country then, than we are now. A Hyphenated country is a divided country. A country divided will surely fall. God Help us all.

Both are considered illegal immigrants. The first one is illegal because they never had papers to begin with, and the second is illegal because their papers are no longer valid.
Both are illegal immigrants because in the first mode, the entry is illegal and in the second act, the continued stay is illegal because the date already expired.
It depends the ones coming over the boarder are they just coming for a day trip? A week trip but not to live and work! They would only be illegal if they come over the boarder to live and work without the proper papers. The other situation if them staying after the visa expired make them illegal also!

Both. One broke the law just getting here. The other broke the law coming here legally knowing he only had a 6 month visa and deliberately overstayed. Both should be permanently deported.
If you are in the US without valid documentation that permits you to be here, you are an illegal alien/a trespasser/a criminal, please go back and make a life out of where you came from.
