I don't think Mexico can be sued because we are too slack to guard our own border.
Any suit would have to be prosecuted in the ICJ, where, its more likely Mexico would win a counter-suit for us having too many jobs.

Should be clear as a bell to anyone has been watching, that there is no wa our government or theirs, is going to do anything to stop this outrage. This seems to me to be a planned event that was orchestrated and continues to be. This situation is good for the wealthy of America. Until that stops, it will be tolerated by the rest of us. We all get to watch our government not do as we wish. We get to see millions of criminal illegals come into our country and steal from us, take our jobs, ruin our schools and infrastructure, ultimately have us paying more taxes for the benefit of them and their children. And it will continue until it is not good for the people with money who run this country. The rest of us are chopped liver. So don't kid yourself about who is going to sue anyone. It won't happen.
