It's not colonization, as we have a viable society that is not being absorbed into the civilization that is coming here-it is immigration, even if some of us feel it is an invasion, they are still migrating from one country (emmigrating) and arriving here (immigrating).

I have to agree with you. What used to pass for America and its way of life now looks like a mass collection of various international colonies that are adding nothing positive to our country's landscape. I personally want our old America back!
Immigration sounds much nicer, and they will do anything for votes. The Federal law calls them illegal aliens, most on tv call them illegal immigrants, some call them invaders. But by doing it the way most do, the key word is ILLEGAL.
Many different peoples have come to the US over the Milenia, the Europeans already colonized it. The statue of Liberty says, "give us your poor..." The US companies hire immigrants because it benefits them to do so.
I would say it would be better called re-integrating. The Mexicanos have it right. Only diff. is that we are caught in the process and have been re-integrated with the Mexican culture, in some cases against our will. They call it something similar to: reconquista. I believe that means they have re conquered us. Narry a shot fired. Think of all the people who die now and have died in the past for the freedoms and benefits of this country. I have to wonder what those folks might feel about this. I'm clear as a bell how I feel about it.

We cant call an invasion to our country colonization,its an intrusion,its breaking the law and its an act of terror. First of all to TBCTODay if you wanted the old America back then you and your relatives have all got to go back to whatever country it is that you immigrated from.Second America is the land of opportunity and freedom (well at least for the most part)for everyone and we just need to have some more compassion and less racism in order to bring this country back to it's once held higher standards.
