What does NOA1 or NOA2 mean? and NVC?

In immigration terms, what do these acronyms mean? Talking about a I-130 process.

Answer:
never heard of NOA1 or NOA2 in the I-130 process. NVC is the National Visa Center, the agency that receives the I-130 after approval by the USCIS, to complete the immigrant visa process abroad. The NVC will send notices and requests of the I-864 fee of $70.00, the immigrant visa fee of $380.00 per person and send the form DS-230 part 1 and part 2. Where did you get NOA1 & 2 from?
