Is it true that mexicos southern border has a wall to keep illegal aliens out of there country?

I couldn't find any info saying they have a wall, but they do have army on their southern border (by Guatamala) and it is crime ridden, seems most of the violence done to the illegals from Central America (in Mexico) are done by Mexican police and the 2nd is gang members. Here's a snippet...
