1) Seek a Fiance Visa
2) Get Married
3) Obtain 'Temporary Leave to Remain'
4) Obtain 'Permanent Leave to Remain'
5) Get Citizenship if you so desive.

If you don't have leave to remain in the UK already, you might find this very hard. The British High Commission will want to see evidence of your relationship. This is usually in the form of shared utility bills, rent etc. If you can't proof that you have lived together for at least 2 or more years (it might have changed now), you might have real difficulties obtaining and Entry Clearance visa.
