i don't think you can easily find a job in the internet, altho' its the best way that you can find a job in the usa while still in another country. if you come here by tourist visa legally you are not allowed to work but still if you want to do it illegally you can find a low paying job that some employer will hire you but remember if you get caught then you are violating your visa and temporaty stay in the country. the closest you can do to have an american job experience is to do some volunteer work and for that you can inform the embassy of the usa in the country where you are applying for a tourist visa.

I would think that the internet would be helpful. While you are visiting you can make some in person contacts for the future.Try an agency in Italy that is international if they have one.I know in Hungary there is a Manpower and a few others that will send people to other countries.Not sure if they are only EU countries or the states too. I knew someone here in Hungary that was sent to the US as a babysitter through an agency. Good luck.
