i had a 5 year student visa for the USA i attended school for a year and a half my mum became very sick back home, so i visited her for around 3 months, my visa was terminated i want to go back finish my studies, but dont want to do it illigally can i get a new visa or will they reject me??

Answer:
I´m pretty sure you can get another student visa. Contact your local US Embassy or Consulate and explain the situation to them.
STAY HOME!
Your family needs you, and I am sure you have a school in your own country, finish there. No more VISA for YOU!
Ring up the American Embassy, I'm sure they'll let you in. Do you have a legit reason and proof that your mum was ill? Like doctors letter etc. Just make sure you have all your documents ready. Goodluck and I hope they'll let you in and all goes well.
