I have married just now with permanent green card holder gal now can i go to US?

the main thing is the gal i m married to is a green card holder and now we want to leave in US and now i am eligible to go to US or will it be difficult to get visa since i am a Muslim.

Answer:
Your Wife can petition for you...however, because she is not a citizen of the US, your wait will be quite long.in some cases, the wait has been over 12 years depending on what country your from...the fastest way would be for your wife to attain American Citizenship. She can petition for you now, and when she attains citizenshp status, your petition will be upgraded by her notifying USCIS that she is now an american citizen. Being a Muslim will have nothing to do with the process. Good Luck!
No, it should not be. You have a clean record i hope?

Best of Luck.
Hello needy of help on pro.
If you approach the office where they deal with visas they will give you the information you need.
Take care!
