What evidence do I need to report an illegal immigrant getting married for a green card?
I am affraid the ICE or the local INS will not do anything and this is frustrating!

When she goes for an interview, she would have to prove that a relationship has existed for some time. And she would also have to prove that she is of good character - if it can be found that she is manipulating the laws to get into the U.S, then she will have it rejected.
If you want to do something about it - Act now. Stop another useless manipulating lying person from undermining the nations immigration laws. If they cant come to the country legally, then they will be another burden on society - as well as hurting someone they do not love.
It is your civic duty to stop these people.
well you know what it takes a while after you get merried to get approved for the petition, so dont worry its not that easy it took me 2yr for my husband to receive his green card, plus they ask for a lot of evidence and if she dont have it they will make it difficult for her.
Stop being afraid and report this. It's better than doing nothing.
