I will agree that there is a great deal of hatred and anger surrounding this subject and it serves nobody. I, for one would shut right up if Mexico could address the internal problems to the point of turning the tide. That is the only REAL solution.

WE will never return to normal.. All the money lost or given to illegals in the form of welfare, free housing, free education, etc.. The education that our children aren't getting because the time is spent working 1 on 1 with illegals kids who REFUSE to learn English. Our economy will never recover.. neither will the hospitals who have shut down because of the money lost due to illegals not paying bills... All the jobs that were lost not just in the hospital but any job. An Average AMerican loses at lest $6.00 an hour or a lot more with the jobs illegals have taken.. That's over $20,000 per year per worker..
So, even though Mexico may recover, we never will.. and y can't go back and reteach what US kids didn't learn.. there are in kids in high school struggling because they didn't learn in elem. school.. not that they didnt' try but there wasn't enough teachers to work 1 on 1 with them. but at least our kids will be able to say "in spanish" would u like fries with that" rather than being able to say in ENGLISH...as a doctor I will do all I can to help u.. rant over
