Foreign citizens who wish to visit the USA temporarily must first obtain a visitors visa that is usually issued for up to a period of 3 months. Once the visitor is in the USA, upon approval by the USCIS, an additional extension of 6 months at a time for up to 10 years can be obtained.
1. Student visa.
2. Marriage to United State citizen.
3. Work visa, if eligible (if she has Bachelor's degree or above).
4. Visitor visa.
