How long will it take to process my partner visa?

i have completed all necessary paper work, tests and police checks etc, just about to send it off but how long will it take?

Answer:
Most Aliens that come to this country have to wait , 7 years to become an American, if they marry then I beleive 4 years are taken away.

In the US i hear it takes about a year from the time u start the process..
I'm OZ and going through something similar. I think if you look at the DIMA site it says something like 4-6 weeks
