If i have no decision on my asylum application will i be given permission to remain in uk after 7 years?
Answer:
No!Your case will be decided sooner or later. There are cases where asylum seekers have been in the UK for 12 years without any interview or immigration court and their case has been dealt with within a week. So don't foul yourself!
No - there is no expiry date. You need to sort this out. How do you manage to work without asylum?
no you need to get in touch with immigration or hand yourself in to the police you are breaking the law hope this helps
No, but if you get to 10 years with no answer, you can apply to the Home Office for leave to remain under the habitual residence rules.
Yes, I know, the HO is scandalous to make someone wait for so long for a decision, but it happens to lots of people.
Edit: for those who disagree, this is fact, I'm not saying it is right.
No, unfortunately you do not............Some asylum seekers have been in the UK for many years, then told they cannot stay, and had to leave.
You know you shouldn't be here and I don't think your telling the whole truth either, so one word for you. OUT.
I HOPE NOT
why do you want to remain here. why dont you make your own country better. its because of people like you, that your own countries get taken over with the likes of mugabe. fight for freedom and learn from us how to create something envied by the world over, an then return home. make your land great.
Hi,you need to get it sorted out.I would go to citizens advice
