Your question is posted with great ignorance. You may want to pick up a history book before you start asking such questions. What do you mean by "Hispanics" anyway? Are you referring to Mexicans? South Americans? Spanish? Who do you think Hispanics are? If you are referring to Mexicans from Mexico. . . you may want to do some research on their government to understand why there is so much poverty around the borders. In Mexico. . . you are either rich or poor. Poor does not mean stupid or incapable. . . stupid is all those inbreeds in the Midwest!
If you really stop to think. . . Mexicans are not all that foolish! They are smart enough to realize that they can come over to the U.S. and get free medical, several privileges and send all their income back to their native country. And this is all allowed by the white man running the country.

Don't buy into the bull that the meztisos had any country to take back, half of the "little raza people's" ancestors lived down in Mexico and further south, the other half of their ancestors lived in Spain. They wouldn't know how to worship their native ancestors' gods properly anyway.
