You know how they have undercover cops posing as prostitutes so they can catch people soliciting prostitution?
Same thing. We should have undercover cops posing as "undocumented workers" and then arrest the people who pick them up for illegal work.
Deport them and punish them like we should be doing.
Also go after businesses and people who hire the illegal aliens. Give them stiff penalties and fines and if they continue to use illegal aliens jail time.
Do away with farm subsidies with farmers who hire these illegal aliens. Make them pay at the VERY least minimum wage for the work and make sure that they are paying taxes on these people.
Make it a law that when people rent, they need to have a background check and that they are required to turn illegal aliens into ICE if the illegal aliens apply. Illegal aliens routinely live 20+ to a house and make it dangerous for everyone involved EVEN THEIR NEIGHBORS.
Make it clear in the 14th amendment that just because you have a baby here doesn't mean that your kid is an automatic citizen.
Build the fence, secure the Border, deport the One that have committed other crimes, THEN decide how to deal with the others
I would improve border secuirity but also allow any illegal immigrant who has settled in the country to become a legal immigrant and continue to work
I would send them back ASAP, secure the borders, and support the use of deadly force if anyone is caught over here that should not be, whether they be man, woman, or child. Strengthen the border patrol with more guards, and give them the right to use deadly force.
I would stiffen laws that punish Americans that hire them. They are just as bad as the illegals.
I would let it be known to the government of Mexico to get it through to their people that this will no longer be tolerated, as it is called illegal for a reason and as such these criminals will be treated harshly.
It really angers me that these vermin think they can suck the life out of our country.

Heavily fine and/or imprison employers who hire illegals. Remove the job market, it removes some reasons to be here. Build a fence, enlarge our Border Patrol so they can do their jobs. When illegals are arrested for criminal activity, deport them. Continue raids and deport those who are illegals. Send their anchor babies with them.
No, I would fine the heck out of employers and put them in jail too. Then I would make each and every illegal when caught either on the border or in the interior sign a document that clearly ( in what ever language the illegal speaks) says that they are aware that they will never at any time be allowed any type of status in the USA. The second time I would give them 6 months in the country jail, and the third time one year, and after that one year for each time they broke the law. I would also have a one time program that if they agreed to self deport, I would put them on the top of the list of a guest worker program, and they can come back and then be granted a green card and then on the way to citizenship

Make all the "illegals", "legal" so that there won't be an "illegal" issue. Then set up huge entry ports/stations like Ellis Island where people who want to come into this country can get in with a small fee (money which is used to bring people here illegally can actually be turned around and used to come here legally), get a health, background, and criminal history check. Set up time periods to learn English, and set up services where they can have an easier transition to be Americanized.
Or, just do it the way that most people from the Bible Belt and neo-conservatives want...shoot them all dead and deport their American children to countries where they don't know anything of.
make sure our current laws are being enforced
1. I would enforce our current immigration laws...
2. I would add a law of "Babies born to an illegal alien are also considered illegal.
3. Deport all illegals now, so that they can get in line behind the ones that are doing it the right way.
4. Heavy fines & possible imprisonment for any corporation hiring any illegals...
5. No freebies (no medical benefits, no welfare benefits, no free housing, etc...)
