Why do we send American jobs to China ( communist country) when we could be sending jobs to Mexico?

We shouldn't be sending jobs anywhere,the jobs should stay here and the companies that do outsource to foreign countries should be levied a tariff equal to the money they saved plus 10% .Then that money could be used to fund improved education in this country.Of course to improve education here you would first have to get the teachers unions to stop protecting incompetent teachers.
Because china makes them much cheaper and better than Mexicans do. Also China actually has an infrastructure. Mexico's is so corrupt that is doesn't. People are coming here because the quality of life is better in the US and we don't enforce our immigration laws.
Human labor in China is less expensive on average than Mexico. Also, convinience, much of the raw materials and sub-components used to make finished goods also originate in China, it costs less to assemble all needed parts and materials, produce, test and package in a single location.
China has high skilled, highly educated workers. Mexico has low skilled, poorly educated workers. There are many jobs that the Mexican labor force just can't do.
Don't you think it's pathetic that we are sending jobs abroad, not only to China but to many other countries instead of getting jobs for the American people?
How many times in the last years have you bought something "made in the USA"?. There are so few that when I see something made here I buy it even if I don't need it.
It's really sad.. those greedy people trying to get richer and richer don't seem to realize what they are doing to the country.
We shouldn't say "God bless America" but "God save America".
The consequences of all this are going to be seen very soon. The unemployment is growing fast. maybe that's why the government wants all those kids killed in Iraq so that they don't need to find jobs for them when they come back home???
For how long do you think the quality of life in the US is going to be better than in those countries? This is the beginning of the end.
