Answer:
State Department did not raise fees yet.
USCIS is increasing fees. To pay the old fee, file on or before July 30, 2007. If mailing this is the postmark date.
The I-485 will now include the Advance Parole & Employment Authorization Document in it's fee. Previously you paid these 3 seperately.
The DS-230 is a State Department form and has a fee of $335. No increases announced as I write this. Check the State Department page for announcements. They will give several months warning when they next adjust fees.

Note: Until the new USCIS fees take effect, the old fee will be shown on the page listing the forms. When you click through to the info page for a form for which the fee is being changed, the new fee will be listed under "Special Instructions" Click on the form's name to go to it's info page.

I wasn't aware they increased. However, good! They need more money to enforce our laws regarding the illegal aliens!
