Student visa interviews are very stress free. I imagine you have an I-20 from an American University. You just need to show the form and you should be okay. From what I remember the immigration officers don't ask any questions, or very few (it's definitely not the same type of "grilling" you get when you apply as a tourist). It may depend on the country you're coming from and the program you're enrolling in. Are you coming to the US for a graduate degree? If so, I would just be relaxed and answer sincerely to everything they ask (well, maybe not tell them you don't intend to go back :) ).
the most improtant is you need to show the that you have enough money for study and you intend to come back to your country after you finish your study. any degree that you current earn is also help too.
