Colorado, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Wisconsin and New Hampshire are great places to live. So, why leave this great country of ours. Want 45 more reasons not to move?

Wow. I'm not sure I can. I love Canada, and I love Canadians. They do a LOT of things very right. But that said? Five reasons.
1) My house is in Texas, and I love my house
2) My job, too.
3) I love American history, especially that of the Founding Fathers, and all the contributions that have been made by the "melting pot" of cultures, starting with the Native Americans. Although Canada has Native Americans too, of course.
4) As others have said--too cold. I'm a Southerner. I can handle 110 degree days (Farenheit, see below), but not 30 degree days.
5) I've never picked up a full understanding of the metric system, or Celsius temperatures.
There. How's that?

2) Too cold in the winter (I like snow, but there is a limit)

Like I stated on your other post, never say never.But... Canada is too cold, seems remote, bad tippers, never been there, not interested in going.

Can't. If I were to leave the US permanently (unlikely), I would very possibly move there. It is quite livable.
