Answer:
No open border for the Mexicans!!! They shoot and/or imprison the illegal that come into Mexico but they encourage the illegal alien criminals to come into America. Hypocrites!
Ask the Hondurans and Guataamlans who get stopped at Mexico's southern border. It's fairly well patrolled to keep them out.
As long as you have money, you can do as you please in Mexico. Mexico does not enforce anything so long as you have money, now if you run out of money, then they can and will prosecute you, and many times its just for anything..???
