Is 'Pro Immigration' the same thing as 'Anti-illegal Immigration' ?
Answer:
WHAT PART OF ILLEGAL DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?
Pro-LEGAL immigration is good. Anti-ILLEGAL immigration is good. OPEN BORDERS will destroy this country.
Please remember, this is not about race. It's about the law.
Being the great-great grandchild of immigrants to the U.S., I am pro-immigration....but at the same time, there is a legal way to do it. Its one of the few things (and I mean VERY few things) I disagree with on the Libertarian platform.
who knows ? all the money from either lobby still ends up on the same altar in my opinion so the answer , in a round about way is yes .
Definitely not!!
no, its the opposite.
Not necessarily. There are some people who think we should stop immigration completely, at least until we get this mess straightened out.
People who want open borders would be pro immigration.
Foreigners coming to the US is termed "immigration" whether it is done legally or not. One who is "pro immigration" can be "anti illegal immigration", but isn't necessarily.
Not the same at all
Illegal immigration is kind of a misnomer. Immigration refers to legally migrating into another country. You could say that people who advocate for illegal aliens are anti immigration because they want to bypass the law.
Q: also, if you want open borders...does that mean you are Anti Immigration?
A: TNo taht means you are goddamn liberal with a full of white guilt. Or some illegal lurking in the basement!
