I don't believe you. We are very strict with drunk driving that injurs someone. There is absolutlely no way that 'nothing would be done'.
I really don't believe you.If there we're a wreck involving injury and the police we're called there would have been tests done.I don't believe it.
Just because nothing (which I can't quite believe either) was done to the drunk driver that hit your daughter by the courts doesn't mean that you can't get a Lawyer and Sue her in Civil Court for the pain and suffering which your daughter has had to experience. Don't be afraid to seek out a Lawyer because most will take on a case like this without money from you because they know that they will get their money from whatever is awarded by the Jury.
