The liberals will tell you that immigration adds X ammount to the economy but they neglect the drain on the economy due to medical, soscial, law, education costs. the liberals always have the same argument and it can always be dismissed with plain facts. We will be hit with a recession and we will see the true cost. the way this soscialist goverment are going i dont think it will be too long a wait. If we stopped immigration where do you think we would find people to be nurses, labourers, night-cleaners, crop pickers and all the other low paid, crap jobs which native Britons wouldn't touch with a barge pole? Immigrants, in even making the move from their home countries have shown a level of enterprise and a desire for self-improvement far higher than the majority of natives. We're the ones who are content to sit living off state benefits, we're the ones who expect free university education then spend our time there getting drunk, we're the ones who fill casualty wards to bursting every friday and saturday when we get drunk and collapse.

Middle class people say we "need" Polish immigrants to do jobs "Brits won't do". These people are so rich they have never had to work in a pub or go cleaning to put food on the table. They don't realise that some Brits are living in this way. They don't see the resentment when someone who works on a building site or in a factory loses their job to an immigrant or sees immigrants taking the work away and making jobs scarcer.
