The day of your interview in the US embassy of your country, the officer will tell you whether or not you get the visitor's visa.
It's gonna take a long time. I'm 13, and we came from India when I was like one. We didn't get our temporary Visa until I was 11, and then we got our permenant one a little after that, maybe even when I was 12.
What about visa appointment? When is it? You will know on the day you have appointment whether you will be permitted to travel or not.
