My fiance is french frm france. She wants to come to school here in new york city. does anyone know how she can apply are there special rules. Also a russian friend of mine wants to do the same thing. are there special rules i heard it might be a little more harder for russian citizens,

Being a student in the USA is very expensive. A student is allowed to work ONLY in the institution they study. An applicant for the F-1 student visa has to prove that he/she has the financial means to support himself/herself in the USA.
