Form I-130 was Filed and Approved but the husband died before Green Card Issued, What are the options now?

Spouse is from Thailand. Came over on Fiance Visa but Married a US Citizen (not the person that brought her over orignally). Does she have to go back now that her husband is dead and she hasn't got the Green Card?

Answer:
I do not know the answer. I will say she has to go back, what is the point of immigrating to live with your husband in his country if he passed away. With whom are you going to live? who is going to support you?
Besides, if she came with a fiance visa she had 90 days to marry the person who brought her. In those 90 days, she met another guy and married him. Umm. It sounds suspicious.
Go back Thailand.
