i got my wife's visa 22 in kuwait. now she has taken her medical in manila but we are having a hard time finding out what requiremnts she needs for the kuwait embassy and the procedures. it seems everyone there from the guards up will tell you for a price. but from past experience in phillipines bribes don't work. they just pass you around and want more
