if your over 18 and you know of a crime and do nothing about it you are a party to it.
If you know the person is illegal, yes, you are part of the problem. You have a responsibility in the crime.

It is your parents house, not yours, you are not responsible . If you are an adult living with your parents and do not like what is going on, move. If you are a minor that your parents are supporting , remember- what ever decision they make about someone living with them is their business, you do not have to like it, but respect it and do not go around telling people what is going on in your parents house.
