I don't think you can get fined, I think you might have to pay a bond for this one.
I would rather you didn't , but you could pay all his fines and make him go through the proper channels to stay here! It's all about paying taxes and having accountability..I guess that doesn't mean much anymore to many.

Why do you even want an illegal working for you? Oh- because you can pay them much cheaper! I hope he does get deported! I am sick and tired of people coming here illegally! They need to do all the paperwork to come here legally, have a valid social security number (not someone else's), and pay all the taxes that we pay!
I don't know whose computer you are using, but IP addresses can easily be traced if you are reported by someone.

How stupid. You would rather pay thousands of dollars in fines to keep your hiring of illegal immigrants in tact? Why not hire an employee who is a citizen instead so you won't have to deal with it?
I can seriously understand where you are coming from. I am a working white collar professional with a BS Finance degree who understands how businesses operate to survive and thrive, and I am not in either in law enforcement or a lawyer.
What you seriously need to do is educate yourself so that you understand and can interpret the legal statutes correctly so that you might be able to take advantage of loopholes. To neglect the law and look the other way -- on my assumption that you are a small business owner whose profit and revenue depends on Quality and Dependable Help at a reasonable price on a year round recurring basis in order to keep your business and cash flow going will not do you and your family any good if they not only fine you, but arrest you, convict you to jail or prison. Think about it? then when you spend your savings on hiring an expensive attorney and instead of coming out ahead or breaking even, once they put you behind bars, your family has no cash income to pay your bills and keep your business running so instead you lose everything you worked so hard for simply bec some lawyers and judges entrapped you to admitting you broke the law, so now Mr Small Business Owner you must face the horrible consequences.
Bottomline if you can live and sleep comfortably at night with the worst possible scenario happening if you keep the few GOOD QUALITY ILLEGALS on yoir payroll, and maybe even make the decision to carry a firearm just in case law enforcement comes knocking, I think your money is better spent on investing in an attorney who knows the immigration laws well enough to helping you pay out of your pocket so that these HIRED HANDS are legally able to work for your business in terms of survival and making a difference. Of course, the ILLEGALS could not afford to pay you the legal expenses but you could also have the attorney preapre some type binding contract that would require reimbursement of such legal & immigration in the event another business owner attempted to lure and bait them away.
May God give you the wisdom to find prospersity and peace in locating a knowledgeable and experienced immigration attorney who sees the BIG PICTURE and in turn joins your side in making LIFE IS GOOD!
After all we all know it is the less educated who the illegals are competing with for jobs and work! The more hard working illegals that are available, gives a small business owner like yourself the choice to kick/boot a lazy *** bum who doesn't want to work out to the street.
