They're just old male folk who have nothing better to do with their lives than watch people crossing and think they have the liberty to do anything they wish to them. They want women over 30 because usually they'll get their menopause and they need cranky bishz like they already are. Why would you even want to join??? They have their nose stuck in the air, I think that's their 'job' so of course they think they're better than everybody else and they're not just going to stop at immigrants. Ughhh can't stand them, arrogant, heartless, self-absorbed, money-hungry, can't-get-a-life **beeps**.

Well, it takes a long time to develop a beer gut, learn how to burp really, really loud and improve your obscene language skills. You also have to have time to get yourself all riled up with self-righteousness that makes you think you are better than the brown people of the world.....and, knowing practice makes perfect, you must work out how to grab and scratch your crotch on a regular basis....
