I have a friend who lives in wales, he wants to come to live here, how do you do that legally?



Answer:
you can invite him over here and they can decide to stay. If they do they will need to apply for citizenship and that is with the Federal Govt' so it could take years and years. You could also marry him and that qualifys them. If you go the truthful honest good ol fashioned American way, prepare for years of immigration crap. No way around it.
