Deportation proceedings?

When someone has been deported for committing a felony, in a diffrent state. Can that person live in other state other than the state where the felony was not committed?

Yes, In the state of Guadalajara, or something like that.
if he/she has purged his guilt -- i.e. his sentence, the answer is yes. if he/she is running away from justice, no is my educated guess. hope it helPS.
