What visas do I need to file if my husband can already come to America on a work visa?

I see many visa paperwork that needs to be filled out so the finance or spouse can come to America. But what do you need to file if your spouse is already in America because of a work visa? Only adjust status papers?

I did not have any trouble providing the minimum income requirement needed to complete Form I-864. But if you read the instructions in the form I-864 especially the part: " What if I can not meet the income requirements?" on page 2, you will find that you can use other sources to meet the minimun income requirement:
1. Your husband's income.
2. Income of other relatives or dependents.
3. Assets.
4. Joint-sponsor.

Check the poverty guidelines to determine the amount of money needed:
