I think it is a matter of location. immigrant communities often are together, mixing different groups, and ethnicities, so its easier to meet someone in your neighborhood than somewhere else,
like any other religion, not everyone is strict,so they don;t care about marrying someone outside the religion or culture, same with muslims

why ??? because most Muslims are really nice people ... not every Muslim hates America likes some claim and not every Muslim would like to see Israel being destroyed , the way in which the American media portrays the Muslims is completely far from reality and based in pure ignorance . i think it is a shame than the Americans have not had the chance to see "the clon" so they could see the side which they had never heard about of the Muslim society .
i personally have many Muslim Friends and do not see any of them as being hateful or full of hate but i see them as very honest people who do not like or encourage violence . most of them see the Hispanics as friends and from time to time will call us ( the Hispanics ) amigos and will try to talk in Spanish whenever they able to ...
i see not problem whatsoever in seeing Hispanics getting married to Muslims not only because i personally know the Muslims but because the large majority of all Hispanic do have morals which would not allow them to be part of any extremist group . i also not a racist so i see not problem in knowing that they are from other race neither i do understand why anyone would not being a racist ...
