What should the price of citizenship be?
Answer:
It is priceless. You are either an American and love this nation or not. No price can be put on it.
Loyalty
It should be free if you do it legally...
Hi Maverick,
The price shoudl be that the person come to this Country and be willing to adapt to ALL of the customs, laws, foods, etc. And not complain. One complaint and they are deported immediately
$3.75
Loyalty to the country
Depends, working hard and paying taxes isn't enough?
Few things help an individual more than to place responsibility upon him, and to let him know that you trust him. (they should serve in some way here for a time)
The price of greatness is responsibility.
So I think to earn that citizenship they must ALWAYS live responsible-no trouble ever. Or leave, Yes some are born here and get the gift automatically, rather they earned it or not. Others must earn it. . (Some are born with money-others must earn it----you don't steal it, that is not OK).
My feeling- they must earn it (not steal their way in) by following immigration laws. They have a purpose. And keep it by acting responsible always
This is not beyond human capability. That is the price I would like to see.
Just my view on it.
There is a price. America is not a free right to anyone who wants to crash the party
