I am from Japan,I want to live iin the US. But I dont have any special skill or a good education in order to be able to get an immigrant visa. I earn good money here, but not much enough to make an investment in the US. The only way to get a visa is to enter the lottery, but it relays on your luck and so far I havent got lucky. I wonder if any body can help me out.

Join a US-based international company that offers you good training. Develop a special skill that is in demand in the US. There are many, especially in health care and biotech.
Get an international assignment. While in US, network with Americans who need your skills for you to land a job in the US.

The only way you should get here is legally. We are starting to crack down on people with no papers. Having a skill actually doesn't matter that much. You can learn, but what kind of skills people would be willing to teach you might depend on how much education you have.
