I have green card only. If I got marry with a foreigner, will she also get a green card or not?

can she work at US or not after we get marry??

Answer:
YTou can apply, But the wait time is approx 5 years for visa to become available (For spouses of PRs). Plus a year to process it.
So If You naturalize during this 5 years - Then visa is available immediately and it will take a year to process it.
After you get married and submitted I-130, I-485, I864, Medical and I-765, after I-765 get approved she can work. She will need to renew it every year, while I-130 is pending approval.

Jack C: Please stop misinforming people. You did that on several occasions already.
You can get a Green Card, but I prefer the Gold Card.

-American Express...Don't leave home without it!
If you are a permanent resident, your spouse can apply for her green card as well. She then is allowed to work legally.
yes i think she does need a green card if she wants a good job. Like to work in an office or restaurant she would need one. Good Luck!! And CONGRATS!!!!!! :)
You have to file an I-130 petition.

In the meantime, you can apply for a permission to work, pending approval of the I-130 petition.

After the I-130 petition is approved, your spouse will get a green card.
if you only have your gc then you can petition for your wife but you will have a veery long wait because you are not a citizen
