When going through their papers in the attic she found five alternate i.d.s that her husband used. She turned all that into the authorities as he is involved in various criminal activies to date. Why after finding all these documents and facts have the authorities not deported him? It has been almost a year. What is the process for those with no work visa, criminal activities, voided green card, and felony charge to be deported?

Your guess is as good as any. The politicians are involved and no telling the outcome. Criminal activity etc. takes the back seat when politicians are looking for votes
