My wife was deported before we married over 2 yrs. We appealed her case and lost, now what?

After we married we filed an I-130 petition which is still a good case. We will have to go to the Consulate in Juarez Mexico for our interview. We have been told that the waiver process will take some 9-18 months to approve. She has one deportation on her record and was ordered removed but never left. My goal is to get her legalized through the I-130 process. What are my chances?
How much time will she have to remain outside of the u.s. and how long?

Sorry but she's ILLEGAL! She broke the law first by being here and then broke it again by refusing to leave. How much time? FOREVER!

Your chances will be good if you are a US citizen. Give it about 2 years.
Go with her and live and prosper in J-Town, or find yourself a legal wife,,,you do have a choice you know..????
why dont you go live in mexico with her but take this as tour last option you could still win you migth be being tricked watch what you are doing

There is no waiver for that. Waiver can cover only 1 deportation. Illegal entry after deportation - Life ban. No complaing with request to renmove -0 another ban (Though it doesnt metter now).
So you coming to Cuidad Juarez will not help..
