I am all for legal immiration but I do believe that SECURE BORDERS are far more important. Most countries shoot first and ask questions later and don't count on a warning shot! I want people to be able to come here and work here legally. I want to sleep at knowing that no one is going to terrorize our country again...that would take guarded and secure borders and a catch and release policy. Catch them on our shores, in our terminals, swimming our rivers, over staying thier visas or holding fake documents and they should NOT be detained for appeal. They should be returned to their country immediately. And please remember that our illegals are not just from Mexico. They are from Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, Central America. they are from everywhere. We need secure borders, health care, education, a workable trade agreement. Immigration is so trivial. Amnesty will never happen because every identity theft criminal would have grounds to file a racial discrimination suit against their state and they may all have a case based on selective prosecution or lack there of. The big picture makes immigration look like a speck on the map. What we need is a candidate who puts America first.
Government can do nothing to force the issue the only fix for the illegals is to stop hiring them and jail those who do exploit illegals. Government never fixes much we have to do it ourselves. Presidents are ineffective at changing the public. It is high time we make them work for us, you know the people. We should be careful who we hire for the job of president and never hire an illegal.
