I have a british passport, how do i go about living and working in canada?

Answer:
Well simply apply to the canadian consulate. You can ask about migration or working visa
You would first have to apply for (and receive!)
permission to immigrate to Canada as a non-citizen permanent
resident (commonly nicknamed a "landed immigrant" -- same idea
as having a "green card" in the US or "indefinite leave to
remain" in the UK). Then, after living in Canada for three
years as a non-citizen permanent resident, you would become
eligible to apply for citizenship.

(The only exception to the above is if you somehow have a birth
claim to Canadian citizenship. In most cases, this would be a
possibility only if either you or one of your parents was born
in Canada.)

British citizens do NOT have any sort of preferred status as far
as immigration to Canada is concerned. You would have to apply
for permanent residence (before coming to Canada!), just like
a would-be immigrant from any other country in the world.

As for visas, British citizens do not need a visa to come to
Canada =if= they are simply coming as short-term tourists (and
will not work or go to school in Canada). But if your intention
is to settle permanently in Canada, you must go through the
immigration application process.

With regard to citizenship, it might also be worth mentioning
that if you do eventually manage to become a Canadian citizen,
this would NOT affect your British citizenship in any way, and
you would end up with "dual citizenship".
You just apply to permanent residence and wait for the process which is usually long www.cic.gc.ca

But why do you want to go to Canada? having a british passport you can work in Sweden!!! You just have to learn the language

Personally I'd love to live and work in Sweden
