The news reports I read said they couldn't identify who attacked the national guard troops. They were probably drug smugglers, but who knows. The Mexican government is so corrupt, there isn't much difference. I think it's too bad the guard troops can't engage on the border.

I wonder what part of National Guard don't they get ? How sad can it be they have to run and call 9-11.Mexico has entered America so many times you would think it would be a grave concern but Mexico just seems to do whatever it wants without any worry or concern about anybody else. Bush just ignores that border can careless about it and what goes on at it.

Yes, they where part of the concentrated effort by Mexico to start a war with the US in order to further reduce their huge criminal population. Mexico knows that if they can get the US to fire upon their "citizens, aka criminals" that they can also get even more money than the billions we have already given them.
