Where can i find out my "port of entry" into the USA?

I'm trying to re-new my permanent resident card, but on the form it is asking for my "port of entry" where can i find this infomation?

Answer:
What is the nearest "port of entry", for you???????? Either by land, sea or air?????
whatever that stretch of fence you jumped over paco..Duuhh...
Point of entry is where you first entered the States. i.e JFK airport
I would assume that it is where you gained entry to the USA. When I visited friends in Kansas my port of entry would have been Atlanta because that is where I flew into to get a flight on to Kansas...

If you are not sure then contact immigration for clarification of the question...
