It is hard for even people in this country to get a job in health care field with companies. They say there is a deficit of workers, but there is only a deficit of workers because the deficit is artificially created by the companies hiring people.
Number one is they check your credit and if that is not perfect, they judge you on that, instead of work abilities. Number 2 they judge you by age and discriminate based on age and health conditions because it raises their health premiums to pay for older workers or workers with a health condition (ie diabetes or previous cancer which is now healed).Number three when other jobs treat you badly for these reasons and fire you to lower their insurance premium rates, then other companies don't even want to consider you.
Consider another field where you might be appreciated more...the post office is constantly hiring temporary workers. www.usps.com/employment
